Precision, consistency, and discipline begin with prep. This role directly impacts the quality, execution, and integrity of our menu. Every cut, every measurement, and every product you handle must meet our standards of excellence. This is a fast-paced, high-performance kitchen. (Pay based on experience level) Core Responsibilities Ingredient Preparation & Execution Prepare all ingredients with precision, including chopping, slicing, butchering, and measuring. Every item must be executed consistently and to exact specifications. Recipe Adherence & Consistency Follow all recipes, prep lists, and portion guidelines exactly. Consistency is non-negotiable—every shift, every day. Station Organization & Cleanliness Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times. Proper storage, labeling, and handling of all products is required.
Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation standards. This includes proper handling, temperature control, labeling, and cleaning protocols.
Work in sync with the kitchen team to ensure all prep is completed accurately and on time. Communicate clearly and proactively—silence causes mistakes.
Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and ensure all products are rotated using FIFO (First In, First Out). Waste is preventable and unacceptable.
Anticipate the needs of the line and prepare accordingly. This role requires awareness of service demands and readiness to adapt.
Bring ideas, creativity, and feedback when appropriate. We value those who take pride not only in execution, but in growth.
