Experience preferred but not necessary-will train. Use of fryers, grill, and abiltiy to learn menu and practice clean kitchen standards. Make sure level of cleanliness is kept in all areas of the kitchen, along with proper procedures of food handling and storing. Opportunity to grow with a growing lodge.
