Help organize and stock kitchen supplies, ensuring that all items are readily available for cooking. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other food preparation tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during busy periods. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment regularly to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using knives and kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
