Job Summary Inside Expo Hours and days: Wednesday - Saturday 2- 9:30 & sunday 9a-8p We do work holidays, except for Christmas This position requires a background check.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inside expo/cook to join our team. This position is on the line, and works with the grill and saute cook to keep service moving. This position does include prep, some line cooking, but most importantly you are palting up the food from either station.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to club's standards Maintainand organized and clean station Ensure quality of all food served Assist with prep work, and daily setup/breakdown Assost as needed,when needed,around the kitchen Qualifications Previous line cook or culinary experience required Strong attention to detail and a passion for great food A posotive attitude and timiliness. Culinary degree or certification a plus .
