This position operates a one-person kitchen, so the ideal candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistently and with attention to presentation Complete daily food preparation, including chopping and portioning ingredients Coordinate with bartenders to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen Wash dishes and clean equipment and work areas throughout the shift Follow all food-safety and sanitation guidelines Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low Safely operate fryers, knives, and other kitchen equipment

Qualifications:
