Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination. Support catering events and special meal preparations, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, ovens, stoves, and other culinary tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service experiences. Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within restaurant or culinary settings. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is a plus. Proficiency in knife skills and general kitchen operations required.
