Job Description

Overview Join our small team to prepare and serve delicious comfort food to our guests. Menu consists of appetizers, sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items quickly and accurately to meet customer demands. Follow standardized recipes and ensure consistent quality in every dish served. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment. Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times. Assist with menu planning to optimize kitchen efficiency and meet dietary needs or special requests. Serve meals directly to customers or coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery. Qualifications Experience in small food service environments is a plus but we are willingly to work with the right candidates. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife handling. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
