Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced breakfast cook / Prep Cook, but willing to train the right individual. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing high-quality dishes, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring every meal meets our standards of flavor and presentation. You will be an integral part of the team that starts the day off right. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and timing during service Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station throughout the shift Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, mixing, portioning, and measuring Follow prep lists and complete tasks in a timely manner Label, date, and store all food items properly Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management Demonstrates excellent time-management skills by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Maintain cleanliness for all equipment, utensils and dishes Requirements Previous kitchen experience preferred Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented. Openers arrive at 7am and typically work until 2 or 3 pm. Must be available Saturday & Sunday's. ServSafe certification a plus Compensation is commensurate with experience

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
