Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for food, and values teamwork and consistency.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with prep work and inventory as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

Qualifications:

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Team-oriented with a positive attitude Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
