• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service in high volume restaurant
• 3 years minimum previous line experience in Casual Dining/Upscale Casual Dining
• Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
• Culinary experience with strong knife skills
• Ability to handle meal preparation efficiently The schedules consists of mostly evenings, weekends.
