We serve familiar bar food with a creative, chef driven approach. The menu is approachable, but we take flavor, consistency, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety seriously. This is a hands on kitchen position. You will work the line, complete prep, stock your station, maintain your area, and make sure your responsibilities are finished before you leave. We need someone who can stay calm during a rush, communicate clearly, and recognize what needs to be done without waiting for someone to direct every move.
You will be responsible for:
Setting up and stocking your station Preparing menu items according to recipe and portion standards Working multiple stations as needed Completing daily prep and cleaning assignments Keeping food properly labeled, dated, rotated, and stored Restocking and resetting your station for the next shift Communicating with the kitchen team during service Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen You should have restaurant kitchen experience and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is important. We can teach you our menu and our systems. What we are looking for is someone who brings consistency, professionalism, good communication, and a strong work ethic to every shift. This position is a good fit for an experienced cook who takes pride in their station, works well with a team, and wants to be part of a kitchen where expectations are clear and everyone contributes.
