Job Description
WaterMark is a year round busy waterfront destination located in the heart of the nautical mile in St. Clair Shores. Not only is the location and food great, but so are the opportunities here. We are the place to be and the place to work! We're looking for a team player who is experienced in high-volume production, running a kitchen, and meeting new challenges! Responsibilities include but not limited too; Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Prior experience preferred in similar food and beverage service and food preparation positions Starting Pay will be determined by experience level
