In this role, you'll be turning fresh ingredients into delicious dishes that delight our guests. Whether you're chopping, cooking, or plating, your skills will help ensure every meal is prepared with care and precision. Mac's is an Ann Arbor Area destination, providing outstanding food and service for over twenty-nine years! Located just 15 minutes from Ann Arbor in the heart of Historic Saline. Qualifications Must have experience in fast paced kitchen working multiple stations. Must be available Friday and Saturdays Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques are highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new culinary skills and techniques.
