EXCEPTIONAL
customer service, first and foremost (think ChikFilA circa 2017). In this role, you will ensure a smooth, enjoyable checkout experience for our valued patrons. You will be the overly friendly face that greets shoppers, accurately processes transactions and prepares food, and maintains a welcoming environment. Enthusiasm and attention to the small details are extremely important & help foster customer loyalty and contribute to the overall success of the brand. What You'll Be Doing Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their purchases or inquiries in a lively, happy, friendly manner Accurately processing cash, credit, and digital payments using Toast POS Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the checkout area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Preparing food and supporting other staff by managing order accuracy and timely transactions Handling food handling procedures carefully, adhering to safety protocols during meal service or catering events Assisting with menu planning and meal preparation when needed, demonstrating culinary knowledge and knife skills Going the whole 9 yards to provide service that makes it impossible for our customers to leave without leaving us a 5 star review. Qualifications Previous experience in food or cannabis industry is preferred but not necessary Exceptional customer service is required Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, & food handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards & proper hygiene practices in a kitchen or food service environment Experience with fine dining or catering settings is a plus, showcasing your ability to serve high-quality meals Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to ensure an engaging customer experience Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Basic understanding of menu planning, meal preparation, and culinary techniques (knife skills) Compensation- Competitive, ranging from a base of $14 to $20.
