Job Looks Like:

Because we run an ultra-lean, high-efficiency kitchen, everyone on our team learns to play every position. You won't get bored standing in one spot all day.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

The Assembly Line:

Greeting guests with high energy and building perfect, crave-able burritos, bowls, and tacos with speed and precision.

Premium Prep:

Preparing our signature recipes from scratch (marinating meats, frying fresh chips, and mashing our famous guac).

Bonus:

We use high-tech commercial processing equipment, meaning zero hours of manual hand-chopping vegetables!

Station Ownership:

Keeping the service line, kitchen, and lobby impeccably clean, stocked, and ready for action.

Late-Night Teamwork:

Working alongside the business owner to serve our high-volume night crowd, executing an efficient "pre-close" routine, and knocking out a clean teardown so the team exits on time.

Shift Availability Needed:

We are currently filling slots for three distinct shift types. Please specify your availability when applying: Morning Openers (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM): Focuses on scratch prep, kitchen setup, and leading the lunch rush. Mid-Day Support (11:00 AM - 5:00 PM): Bridges our lunch peak and manages mid-afternoon transition/cleaning. Evening & Late-Night Closers (5:00 PM - Close/Cleanup): Focuses on dinner volume, late-night crowds, and closing teardown. (Store closes at 1:00 AM weekdays / 2:00 AM Friday & Saturday).

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience at high-volume fast-casual assembly lines (e.g., Chipotle, Taco Bell, Moe's) or quick-service drive-thrus is a massive plus.

Speed & Hustle:

You thrive when the line is out the door, you love moving fast, and you have great spatial awareness in a tight kitchen.

Reliability:

You are punctual, dependable, and show up ready to work your shift. On an ultra-lean team, every player matters.

Communication:

Friendly, customer-first attitude. You treat every guest like a regular.

Age/Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old. Reliable transportation is required for late-night shifts. Food Handler's card is a plus (we can help you get this!).
