Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen operations, and menu execution will be essential to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and other culinary tools. Assist with menu planning by suggesting innovative ideas and ensuring adherence to dietary requ;irements. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by following proper sanitation procedures, including cleaning utensils, surfaces, and equipment regularly. Handle food safely by following proper food handling techniques, storage protocols, and safety standards in production. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service delivery. Supporting any event by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards. Experience Prior experience working in a food industry setting such as restaurants, catering services, or dietary departments is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of food safety management practices and safe food handling procedures. Skilled in culinary techniques including knife skills, slicing methods, and recipe adherence. Experience with meal preparation for diverse dietary needs and menu planning is an advantage.. Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.
