EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
If you do not have the experience, do not apply. We are looking for qualified candidates only.Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook food items according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and is properly seasoned
- Plate and garnish dishes with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Line Cook or in a related food service position
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
