Schedule Primarily Thursday - Saturday, 2:00 PM until close Sundays closed Most major holidays off What You'll Do Support a fast-paced, high-volume dinner service Prep and cook high-quality dishes during busy dinner service Work the line (grill, sauté, fry, or pantry stations as needed) Follow recipes and plating standards consistently Help with prep, station setup, and end-of-night breakdown/cleaning Communicate clearly with the team and maintain a clean, organized station What We're Looking For Previous line cook experience preferred (fine dining or high-volume kitchen a plus) Strong knife skills & ability to work clean Reliable, on-time, & team-oriented Ability to handle a busy dinner rush Must be able to stand for long periods & work in a hot kitchen environment Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health insurance available after 90 days Supportive family-run environment If you're a hardworking cook who takes pride in the food & wants steady evening shifts at a quality restaurant, we'd love to hear from you.
