Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation appeal Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently and accurately Maintain a clean and organized work station, including kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and support catering or special event needs when required Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices to prevent accidents or contamination Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred, especially in roles involving food preparation or kitchen work Experience working within dietary departments or as a dietary aide is advantageous for understanding special dietary requirements Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in knife skills, meal preparation, and food safety standards Strong background in food service environments that require quick thinking, multitasking, and excellent teamwork skills Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
