Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Evening Cook/Supervisor to lead our culinary team during evening hours. This dynamic role combines hands-on food preparation with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. As a key leader in our food service operation, you will oversee kitchen activities, manage staff, and uphold exceptional service standards in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Duties Prepare and cook high-quality meals aligned with menu specifications, including fine dining and catering options Supervise evening kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to food safety standards Lead, motivate, and manage kitchen staff to maintain productivity and morale during your shift Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout your shift Skills Proven experience in restaurant kitchens with a strong culinary background Supervising experience in a food service or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and food safety practices Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team under pressure Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, cooking techniques, and hospitality standards Join us as an Evening Cook/Supervisor to elevate our culinary offerings while leading a dedicated team.
