Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cook to join our assisted living community team. This role is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals for approximately 35 residents in a timely and consistent manner. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-organized kitchen, while following dietary guidelines and ensuring a positive dining experience for residents. A strong focus on food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork is essential in this role.

Duties:

Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious, well-balanced meals for approximately 35 residents in a timely manner Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen at all times in accordance with health and safety standards Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation with strong attention to detail Follow menus and dietary guidelines, ensuring meals meet residents' nutritional needs Manage kitchen workflow efficiently, including prep, cleanup, and proper food storage
