Role:
As a Cook within our hotel restaurant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences that enhance client and tenant satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on preparing high-quality meals that meet established standards of taste, presentation, and safety. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient food production and timely service. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health and safety regulations. Ultimately, your work will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that supports the overall reputation and success of the properties served.Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen environment. Ability to read and speak English fluently to understand recipes, safety instructions, and communicate effectively with team members. Demonstrated manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform kitchen tasks efficiently. Capability to stand for extended periods and safely climb stairs as part of daily duties.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working under the supervision of a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role. Knowledge of food production processes specific to hospitality services within real estate or rental properties. Certification in food safety and sanitation. Familiarity with inventory management and kitchen equipment maintenance.Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils. Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and food ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service. Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and manual handling of kitchen equipment.Skills:
