Essential Functions Monitor the presentation and portioning of food according to standards. Monitor the quality and consistency of all food served from the lines. Set up, restock, maintain, and clean food preparation areas. Display knowledge in sanitation and sanitary food handling. Prepare food in accordance with working menus, recipe cards, and photos. Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete including cross-training.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-Time position, 30 hours or more each week Flex schedules and Holidays as needed.Shift Times:

Required Education and Experience:
Read and understand English. Minimum 1 year cooking experience, preferably high volume. Serv-safe certified preferred. Knowledge of kitchen equipment with emphasis on flattop, sauté and fryer. General knife skills to include butchering meats and fish. Sense of time management, organization and cleanliness. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees. No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.Benefits
