Role:
Join Kaskaid Hospitality as a Broil Cook in the vibrant Saint Louis Park, MN! Bring your culinary skills to life in a dynamic kitchen environment where creativity meets flavor.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of broiled dishes to perfection. Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service. Monitor cooking times and temperatures for optimal results. Assist in menu planning and development of new broiled items. Keep workstations organized and well-stocked with necessary ingredients. Participate in kitchen inventory management and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a broil or grill setting. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
