Prep/Cook Join Our Dietary Team at Hayes Residence Highland Park, St. Paul | 40-Bed Long-Term Care Facility Hayes Residence, a welcoming 40-bed long-term care facility located in the heart of Highland Park, is looking for reliable and team-oriented individuals to join our Dietary Department as a Prep/Cook. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and guidelines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support meal service and assist with special dietary needs Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Participate in training and ongoing development What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen operations (training provided if needed) Willingness to learn and follow food safety practices Ability to work within kitchen hours (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) Preferred (but not required) Experience in long-term care, group residential, or food service settings Food Handler Certificate (can be obtained through the company) ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Why Join Hayes Residence?
