POSITION SUMMARY

: As a Cook and Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain the high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools. Enthusiastically greet guests when they enter the restaurant and serve them following brand guidelines. Restock front line with prepared product. Clean, organize, and restock all stations. Monitor and ensure the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to provide a healthy and safe environment for all guests and team members. Perform other tasks as directed by management. Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members.
