What You'll Be Stirring Up:
Whip up tasty meals in just the right portions: raw ingredients, hearty staples, and fresh flavors Serve it up hot and on time, every time Keep it clean ; workstations, utensils, and equipment sparkle with your touch Make sure food is safe, fresh, and rotated Help stock up and check deliveries when the Food Service Director isn't around Take pride in presentation and aim to impress every plate
Qualifications:
Experience and/or knowledge of meal preparation for large groups. Ability to read and understand recipes, work in a team environment, work flexible shifts, handle multiple tasks at one time, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner for residents. Must enjoy working with the elderly and all who associate with them. Must be able to interact with residents who are highly susceptible to common illnesses without exposing them to additional health risks. Why Join Us?
