Part-time, Full-time Job Title:
Prep/Cook Looking for weekend help and a few days during the week when it's busy. This will be a tip share position. 1 position available. Must be 21 per our Missouri Liquor License.Job Summary:
Seven Arrows Taproom is looking for a cook to provide attentive and friendly service to our customers. Cooking will be using Merry Chef quick cook convection ovens. We also serve 2 panini options. Other responsibilities include stock and replenishing supplies, light cleaning, and opening/closing duties.Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive orders from bar. Cook and plate food. Prep and mix sauces for condiments. Labeling and stocking all ingredients according to food prep handling requirements. Washing dishes and cleaning oven equiptment. Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with customers. Keep back of house clean, stocked, and organized. Take out trash. Clean and sanitize kitchen area. Use a quick cook convection oven to prepare appetizers for customers. Bus tables in between down time.Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and communication skills. Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. Proficient with technology to input sales transactions. Able to work with a team or alone.Education and Experience:
At least one-year related experience. High school diploma or equivalent.Other Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age. (This is due to MO liquor license laws) Must pass a criminal background check. Must be able to lift or move 60-pounds. Must be able to stand for an 8-10 hour shift. Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts and some holidays. Must get Serve Safe Certificate and SMART Alcohol training within 30 days of hire date.Job Types:
