Job Summary:

FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT!

! We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and skilled grill cook to join our team. As a grill cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cleanliness, and ensuring the highest quality of plate presentation. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! We are also open later nights for the night owls!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes
• Knowledge in morning prep and setting up a line.
• Ability to check in, organize, and put away truck orders.
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices
• Follow all safety and health regulations in the kitchen (FIFO)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:

• Must be able to work later nights, and Sundays
• Previous experience in food service and cooking high volume flat top grill
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knife skills for food preparation
