Overview We are seeking energetic and experienced Line Cooks to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to ensure freshness and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times Support meal preparation for various service types, including catering events when needed Use knife skills effectively for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food prep tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and exceptional guest satisfaction Requirements Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar food industry role is preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Familiarity with menu planning, food handling, and meal preparation processes Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in fine dining or catering environments is advantageous Join us and bring your culinary talents to life!
