Job Description

Find your calling at Mercy! This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned. Food Handler within 180 days.
Experience:
2 or more years of food service experience preffered

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:
Equipment Used:
All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.

High school diploma or its equivalent.
