- We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages
- Experience
- Proven experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
