Cooks report to the Director of Dietary Services. Cook Duties, include but are not limited to: Read menu, plan cooking schedule to have food ready for timely service. Prepare food according to standardized recipes. Wash, peel. cut, trim vegetables, fruits, or meat. Bake, roast, stew, or steam cooks meat or vegetables.
