Adam Puchta Winery, Americas oldest continuously-owned family farm winery, is seeking a Head Chef to lead and elevate our culinary program. This is a unique opportunity for a chef who wants creative input, leadership responsibility, and the ability to build something meaningful in a winery setting known for its hospitality and award-winning wines.

What You'll Do:

Lead menu development with a focus on seasonal, wine-friendly cuisine Execute and design wine dinners, pairing events, and special experiences Oversee kitchen operations, prep systems, and service standards Manage food cost, ordering, and inventory Train and lead kitchen staff Collaborate with ownership to enhance guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Strong culinary background with leadership experience Ability to create efficient, executable menus Someone who thrives in a team-focused, hospitality-driven environment Interest in wine and food pairing (wine knowledge is a plus)
