Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of bread, including loaves, rolls, and specialty items using traditional and innovative techniques Craft flavorful pizzas with fresh ingredients, ensuring perfect crusts, toppings, and presentation Follow established recipes and menu plans while also contributing ideas for new baked goods and pizza offerings Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing doughs, shaping products, and managing ingredient portions with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and kitchen areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies of ingredients like flour, yeast, toppings, and other essentials Serve baked goods to customers or assist in food service areas as needed, ensuring excellent customer experience Experience Previous experience in bakery or pizza kitchen environments is highly preferred Familiarity with food handling procedures, kitchen equipment operation, and safety protocols Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting that emphasizes quality service and culinary craftsmanship Knowledge of menu planning related to baked goods and pizza offerings is a plus • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation Join us if you're eager to develop your culinary skills in a lively environment where your creativity makes a difference!
