Schedule:
13-week assignment Night shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Occasional floating to other units may be required
Qualifications:
Active RN license with at least 1 year of ICU nursing experience ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Direct critical care experience is essential Balloon pump, Impella, or trauma care experience strongly preferred TNCC certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care to critically ill individuals in the ICU Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergencies Float to other units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and expertise across various clinical settings
