Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to uphold food safety standards Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen workflow Skills Experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective kitchen collaboration
