POSITION SUMMARY

As a Team Member - Cook, you would prepare and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain a high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions include:

Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.

Restock front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours.

Adhere to food safety standards and practices.

Monitor the quality of products and take appropriate actions to maintain that quality.

Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.

Strive to exceed guest expectations.

Be an ambassador for QDOBA.Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Starting Pay:

$16.00•Must be at least 18 years old to cook over open flame grill.

Conversational English, fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills are required. Enjoy responsibly mentoring other team members. Enjoy working in a fast-casual dining atmosphere. Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, walking/standing during entire shift, operate/access equipment at standard heights with occasional bending/stooping and reaching.
