Job Description
We are currently hiring experienced Line Cooks for all three of our locations:
Brewskeez Smokehouse & Music O'Fallon, MOCooper's American Pub & Grill St. Peters, MOIrma Jean's Florissant, MO$16- $28/hour, based on experience and responsibilitiesFull-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
We re Not Looking for Beginners;We re looking for motivated, experienced Line Cooks who can step onto a busy line and keep up.
Our restaurants operate fast-paced kitchens with steady volume especially on weekends. If you know your way around a commercial kitchen, can handle a rush, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to talk to you.

What You will
Do:
Run and maintain your assigned station in a high-volume kitchenPrepare and cook food accurately and consistentlyHandle busy rushes without falling behindKeep your station clean, stocked, and organizedFollow food safety and sanitation standardsCommunicate and work as part of a fast-moving kitchen teamComplete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities as assignedWhat We re Looking For;Previous line cook or comparable commercial kitchen experience is requiredThis is not an entry-level positionAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentDependable and motivatedShows up on time and ready to workAble to take direction and work well as part of a teamMust have availability for day shifts, evening shifts, and weekendsScheduling & Hours;Due to the nature of the restaurant industry, we are unable to guarantee a set schedule.Business hours vary somewhat by location.
