Job Summary Join our vibrant culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in meal assembly according to established recipes and menu standards Cook food items with precision and attention to quality, ensuring timely service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety regulations Support kitchen staff with food handling duties, including portioning, plating, and packaging meals for dine-in or catering orders Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, knife skills, and sanitation to uphold high standards of hygiene Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a professional attitude at all times Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is advantageous but not required; we welcome eager learners ready to grow their culinary skills Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards is preferred Experience working in restaurants or catering environments will help you excel in this fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential for maintaining health standards Strong knife skills and meal preparation abilities are highly valued for efficiency and consistency Prior kitchen experience demonstrating reliability in food service roles will support your success in this position This role is paid and offers an exciting chance to develop your culinary expertise while contributing to a welcoming dining atmosphere.
