Grill Line Cooks are in charge of preparing food and plating dishes according to our menu specifications. A wide variety of menu items allows Line Cooks to develop and use their skills in various areas including grill, fryer, egg skillets, and plating. You will be responsible for setting up your workstation, preparing food for guests, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth. Job Duties Ensure the grill line is set up and stocked. Know the proper cooking methods, portions and presentations of all menu items. Know the proper temperature settings for all equipment and cooking times of all items Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
