Job Description
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow executive chef's instructions Stock inventory appropriately. (Label, Date, Rotate. FIFO) Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Must be able to perform in a fast-paced and high-volume environment The guest pays us, and we aim to not let them down, they are our top priority.
