This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality meals to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and experience in meal preparation within a fine dining or food service environment. Experience in cooking is a must. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery. Help with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in the food industry, particularly in meal preparation for fine dining establishments. Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods, with a keen eye for detail in presentation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff. Familiarity with menu planning and culinary trends is a plus.
