DAILY PAY

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals for residents, keeping in mind dietary needs and special diets Strong working knowledge on proper food storage and preparation Knowledge of safety and sanitary requirements Knowledge of state Dietary regulations Pleasant, friendly and helpful at all times ensuring proper and timely service Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized

Qualifications:

Maintains a current ServSafe certificate (food services sanitation certificate) Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or GED accepted Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment Dahlia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a member of a family of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers.
