You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and cooking menu items exactly to the chef's specifications. Ideal candidates thrive in a high-energy environment and take pride in serving high-quality food. We are a small, intimate little kitchen putting out big flavors at a high pace and we like to have fun while working together.

Responsibilities:

Prep & Setup:

Set up your station, chop vegetables, portion proteins, and stock necessary supplies prior to service.

Cook & Plate:

Prepare and cook menu items to order using grills, ovens, fryers, and stovetops.

Quality Control:

Ensure all dishes are prepared, garnished, and plated according to our standards.

Sanitation:

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout your shift.

Teamwork:

Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth, timely service during busy rushes.

Requirements:

2 Years previous experience as a Line Cook Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work [evenings / weekends / holidays].

Pay:
