Busy full-service restaurant Oceanfront, Busy Seasonal. Must be Available in Season. 29 years, stellar reputation. High volume. Achieving volume, speed, and accuracy. The Line Cook position is year-round. Guaranteed Overtime if Desired Responsible for: All aspects of the kitchen and kitchen staff. Food inventory, food preparation, training, and reinforcement training.MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PANTRY, FRYER.
Qualifications:
Motivational with leadership skills. Must have formal training in kitchen and or a CurrentSERVE SAFE CERTIFICATION
