Job Description
Schedule:
Wednesday (Prep Day): 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM Thursday-Saturday (Breakfast Service): 6:30 AM
- 2:30 PM Sunday (Brunch Service): 7:30 AM
- 3:00
PM Compensation:
$17- 18/hour, based on experience Responsibilities Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries; maintain organized storage and stations Prepare ingredients and maintain daily prep levels for all menu items Support line execution by picking up and plating dishes under Kitchen Manager guidance Work collaboratively to ensure all orders are accurate and completed on time Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishwashing and end-of-shift breakdown Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operating standards Requirements Minimum 1 year of cooking experience Must have a personal knife roll Ability to take direction and work effectively within a small team Strong organization, communication, and active listening skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Strong time management and sense of urgency Employee Perks 30% off all market and restaurant purchases Daily shift meal (restaurant or deli) Supportive, team-oriented work environment
