Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety protocols Support menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques to ensure quality and safety Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations Participate in catering events and special functions as needed, delivering exceptional service Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related role within the food industry Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in restaurant or catering environments with a focus on quality service Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues Embark on a culinary journey with us!
