• we pay 50% of your premium 401k and we match up to 3% Who is Sassool? We are a family owned and operated Mediterranean Cafe with two locations. The Sassool Cary Location is looking to hire one fulltime grill person to add to our team. The grill person cooks to order:
• Grill kebobs (chicken, steak, lamb and Kafta)
• Grill Shawarma (Chicken and Beef/Lamb)
• Fry Falafel
• Make Sandwiches
• Make Salads You will also have to do meat and vegetable prep for the grill station.

This includes skewering kebobs, portioning shawarma meat, slicing tomatoes, cucumbers, making sauce ramekins, etc. You will be provided training on how to complete any of these tasks. • Hacer ensaladas También tendrás que preparar carnes y verduras para la estación de parrilla.

Esto incluye ensartar brochetas, dividir en porciones carne de shawarma, rebanar tomates, pepinos, hacer moldes para salsa, etc. Se le brindará capacitación sobre cómo completar cualquiera de estas tareas.
