Part-time, Saturday and Sunday Hillandale Golf Course is looking for a reliable and friendly Grill Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and organized grill area for golfers and guests. This is an ideal position for individuals who enjoy working in food & beverage, providing good customer service, and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet golfers and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders at the grill. Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including sandwiches, tacos, burgers, hotdogs, snacks, and drinks. Keep the grill and surrounding areas clean and organized. Handle cash and process orders through the point-of-sale system. Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory. Ensure that the grill area meets health and safety standards. Provide good customer service and answer any questions about the menu. Assist with other duties as needed, including setup and cleanup for special events.

Requirements:

Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required. Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Afternoon/Evening shifts 12:00 pm- 7:00 pm Why Work With Us?
